A graduate of architecture who went on to complete his professional licensure, Andreas spent years at a design consultancy before co-founding BAE. His practice is built on the conviction that architecture should not be imposed. It should belong to those who inhabit it.

Holding a degree in civil engineering and a master's from the University of Bristol in Sustainability Construction, Elang brings years of industry experience to BAE. He co-founded the company with a clear mission: to make the construction industry a place of true human dignity.
